In the late 1970s, as a university student, I studied graphic design at EINA School of Design in Barcelona. During this time, I was deeply influenced by the work of illustrators such as Mariscal, Montesol, El Hortelano and Ceesepe, and by painters including Ràfols-Casamada, Guinovart, Ocaña, and Barceló. Barcelona itself—through places like the Miró Foundation, the Maeght Gallery, and the Picasso Museum—became a formative landscape that continues to shape my artistic practice.

Alongside this, I developed a diverse body of applied work, including hand-painted fans, drawings, comic strips, illustrations, and painted glassware, produced for design shops and bar interiors. Over the years, I have also exhibited oil and acrylic paintings at venues such as the Café/Galería “Dels Artistes” (Altea), the CAM Exhibition Hall in Benidorm, the gallery “La Mola” (Formentera), and the CNV Exhibition Hall in Villajoyosa.

In 2021, I joined the University of Fine Arts in Altea and completed a residency at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna under the guidance of professors Pellegrini and Pecoraro. During this period, I participated in exhibitions presenting works across different media and techniques at venues including Palau Altea, Opentour 2024 (Bologna), and the Centre d’Art Ca Lambert (Jávea).

I am currently developing two distinct lines of work: on the one hand, traditional figurative illustration; on the other, an ongoing search for a personal visual language rooted in the memory of non-figurative landscapes.
